BHAG is your Everest. The goal is both scary and exciting. You know you won't reach it tomorrow. It's not impossible to reach, but it does require a lot of work and effort from everyone on the team to get there. It will take you between 10 and 25 years to reach.
Having a BHAG helps align your team in the same direction.
Little Bellies BHAG will reach 100 Little Bellies spas in the US by 2031, making it the paradise for pregnant women in America.
We care for our people
In the center of everything we do our clients are: pregnant women and their families. We love to pamper our customers. We strive for everyone that comes to Little Bellies to leave smiling.
We work as a good family
We are a family-owned business, and we are in the business of welcoming new families. We know what a good family dynamic looks like, and we look to work as one: we respect and trust each other and help out in what we can.
We seek for the best
Like parents who seek the best for their children, we seek for the best for our people. We are always looking for ways to improve our service.
We create unforgettable stories
We want our spas to become an experience. We work everyday for women and their families to feel that they have entered paradise for their pregnancy, a place where they live unforgettable moments that become part of their story. Every detail, from the music, the air, the way we treat them, should make them feel pampered and safe.
Little Bellies has become a successful business. In just 6 years we have managed to obtain a constant clientele, build a great reputation for our service and provide an excellent experience for pregnant women and their families.
For the last two years, Little Bellies has been growing exponentially by franchising the business. But as time has passed, we have realized that we want to keep expanding on our own. This way, we can replicate the experience and guarantee that our values, passion, and commitment with which we have always operated will be present in all the spas.
The first few years, as founders, we performed many roles and hired few employees to assist. However, our success has required us to increase the number of people on the team, which made the operation more complex and brought new challenges to the organization.
Currently, Little Bellies has almost 100 employees and our projection will require more people to fill certain roles. Little Bellies needs to create a clear structure, with all the roles needed now and for the next couple of years, with clearly defined tasks and expectations for each employee.
Little Bellies is maturing and becoming a corporation. For this reason, one of the main priorities is to standardize the activities and processes, for the team and new franchises to follow and replicate the experience consistently.
Also, we aim to automate some of the work that now takes many hours of manpower and use technology to improve all the processes.
